Communication specialist and graphic design professional with experience and expertise in the areas of social media content design, communications design and strategy, podcast production, promotional video creation, branding, image editing, and photography. In my current role, I communicate and market for the University of Kansas Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE). This role was made possible through a lifelong commitment to learning and the experience I gained at the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE). At KSDE I took a passion for creativity and applied that to social content graphic design and writing. As a communicator for the CTE, I create media that informs and educates our primary audience of faculty members at KU.My experience at Hallmark Cards allowed me access to "best-in-class" creative talent and freelance contributors which helped me shape and create products that celebrate life in its many stages.I am a lifelong learner with a constant desire to acquire new talents.
