I managed all global customer-facing teams, including data science, account management, business development, implementation, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell teams.Before AgilOne, I advised Points International (NASDAQ: PCON) on developing a new SaaS service that allows 3rd parties access to their consumers' loyalty programs. I also consulted with corporate development, evaluating and negotiating M&A opportunities and integrating newly acquired companies.I was head of Business and Corporate Development for Luvocracy, a venture-backed social marketplace that sold to Walmart Labs. I co-founded and was CEO of Incentive Networks, an operator of over 190 merchant-funded online loyalty programs in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Nordic Region, and Brazil that generated over $250 million in purchases for 4,100+ retailing/advertiser partners. Incentive Networks was sold to Webloyalty (Affinion Loyalty Group later acquired the business), and I maintained Managing Director/General Manager responsibilities for the group.

Incentive Networks operated private label, merchant-funded, online loyalty programs. We also developed and provided advanced toolbar/browser technology that dramatically increased consumer engagement and platform usage while driving incremental revenue.The solution was fully hosted and provided our partners with the opportunity for their members to make purchases from our merchant network. Merchants paid a commission for each transaction. Incentive Networks retained a percentage of those commissions as the fee, while the remaining commission was passed to the partner to fund the consumer benefit for utilizing the service (cashback, frequent flyer miles, or points). Partners included Alitalia, Boots. British Airways, Intuit JetBlue, Virgin Atlantic, and Yahoo.Incentive Networks achieved profitability within a year of launching its first service.We launched our European business in February of 2005 and provided merchant-funded online loyalty programs in England, France, and Germany. We sold the business to WebLoyalty/cxLoyalty, in June 2009 and achieved a positive return for our investors.
