CurrentNovember 2017 - July 2021L&LD / Talent Consultant II supporting Consumer and Shared Service Operations Teams- Talent Partner to Consumer and Shared Service Operations teams (3000+ employees) including AML, Tax and Escheatment operations, Social Media Servicing and Regulatory Complaints, Card Issuance, Check Processing, Cash & Transportation Servicing, Document Production, Estate Servicing, Bankruptcy and other specialized servicing areas. Primary responsibility for performance management, talent planning, organization design, learning planning, senior leader onboarding and coaching for supported teams.- Drove initiative focused on client experience improvement across Consumer Operations teams including leadership on related learning and culture initiatives, including program to deliver client care and complaints training to over 8,000 employees.- Partnered with Operations leaders to establish new Merchant Operations/Servicing function as part of effort to dissolve joint venture and build new capability within organization. - Responsible for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Forgiveness talent function, overseeing the rapid stand-up of new operations and servicing teams providing support to business clients seeking relief associated with pandemic. August 2021 - PresentTalent Consultant II supporting Consumer, Business and Wealth Management Technology- Talent partner for leaders with responsibility for technology development for Consumer, Wealth and Business Banking businesses (6000+ employees). Lead small team with primary responsibility for performance management, talent planning, organization design, senior leader onboarding and coaching for supported teams.
