Before taking GOLDLAW’S new client signups to record growth, Mike led the national marketing efforts of and created curriculum materials for Atticus, a lawyer coaching agency focused on teaching lawyers the four foundations of practice growth: time management, profitability, staffing, and marketing. Simultaneously, Mike also ran his own boutique consulting agency for law firms, PROJEX. Mike recruited, trained, and managed in-house legal marketing and sales leaders and staff. Mike uniquely understands how to improve and accurately measure the performance of sales funnels and content marketing channels. As a self-confessed data nerd, he is in a near constant state of researching ways to grow brand awareness, attract qualified leads, and improve sales conversion rates.Beyond this, Mike’s project management accomplishments include overseeing the implementation and customizations of various CRMs, case management systems, website development, and a plethora of popular digital marketing and sales platforms.Mike also is highly adept in evaluating third-party marketing and tech vendors that serve law firms. This includes negotiating many agreements with both small to large agencies and independent contractors. In his off time, Mike enjoys hiking and photographing our national parks alongside his awesome husband; taking scuba diving trips to the world’s beautiful reefs; and painting with oils and pastels.
