Clients include multiple international audit engagements with operations in Europe, Asia and South America including real estate, manufacturing and professional service companies• Provide business advisory services related to process improvements, internal controls and technical accounting compliance• Review and offer comments on client prepared SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-3, S-11 and 8-K• Managed multiple public add-on and bond offering engagements, providing comfort procedures • Collaborate with other service lines to complete audit and consulting engagements, including transactions services group, federal, state and local tax, and business advisory services• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and audit committees regarding audit communications and technical updates• Perform audit practice reviews to ensure appropriate audit compliance and quality was maintained by other office engagement teams• Perform peer reviews for other national accounting firms to ensure compliance and quality with professional standards• Instructed multiple local office and national trainings on audit methodologies and a variety of GAAP technical topics• Guest speaker for MICPA Management Information & Business Show to discuss the new revenue recognition standard (ASC 606)• Mentor/coach to multiple audit associates and senior associates • Lead and participate in sales process, including targeting of new clients and expansion of services to existing clients
