Cascade act as advisors on deal related programmes covering merger and acquisition activities within the TIC sector, specialising in strategic support for small and medium sized companies.Cascade Associates Managing Director, Mike Wilson has been retained by a number of the UK’s leading Food Safety and Health & Safety Consultancies, to provide mentoring and business strategy, to support and help facilitate growth and to meet their strategic objectives.Cascade Associates Managing Director, Mike Wilson, was previously retained by SureFoot Solutions (until September 2022) and for 4 years (until September 2021) by STS who at that time was a wholly owned subsidiary of the ELAS Group. Mike Wilson has previously been retained by Shield Safety Company, one of the leading UK Consultancies on a consultancy basis, providing commercial and business advice. In addition to mentoring in the compliance sector, Mike Wilson has also been retained by GS Systems, specialist provider of EPOS systems in the hospitality sector, in a business mentoring role. Mike has strong team leadership, business development and personal development skills, recognising the individual strengths of everyone within the team and building on these strengths to benefit and grow the business.During 27 years with CMi/NSF Mike was a main Board Director responsible for driving business change and growth resulting in the company becoming the established market leader in the UK retail food safety sector. As Managing Director and Global Managing Director, Mike was responsible for developing strategic direction globally, involved in acquisition negotiations, both as a buyer and a seller.
