Starting as a volunteer in 2019 and moving through the Board, Board Chair, and lastly Head of Partnerships, Mike built strategic partnerships with Algorand, Deloitte, Ropes & Gray, Fidelity, State Street, Ripple, Aon, and other blue-chip organizations. Along the way, Mike helped raise over $100k for the non-profit. As Board Chair, Mike recruited and encouraged Board Members, Corporate and Individual Members, and Volunteers. Chrysalis Digital Asset Exchange addresses the risk and loss of value in digital assets, due to the loss or confiscation of a private key. Chrysalis DAE is "unlocking liquidity" of inaccessible virtual assets and more. Whether the owner/holder of the virtual asset is in possession of their private key or has lost it, Chrysalis adds secondary liquidity.

A #InsurTech pioneer, Mike joined IdeaStar in the summer of 2003 and led the e-Commerce line of business within the insurance industry, primarily the life and health vertical. Mike achieved double-digit increases in YoY revenue every year by leveraging strategic selling, relationship selling, and socially facilitated selling. Mike was among the first bloggers, Linkedin users, and Twitterati in the InsurTech category.Day-to-day efforts focused on marketing and sales of Insurance Technologies - Quote Engines, Agent Portals, e-Signature workflows, online policy maintenance, etc. Secondarily, Mike handled association relationship management, client relationship management, business development, contract negotiation, market research, and corporate blogging and podcasting.
