NumberBall: Built and launched a daily fantasy sports football and basketball lineup optimizer. The web app implements a greedy knapsack algorithm using dozens of inputs to generate “optimal” lineups for people playing daily fantasy sports. The app is built using Go, React, MySQL running on AWS Elastic Beanstalk.Rebuilt and launched NumberBall’s content site running on WordPress.

Worked with the founding team to conceptualize the product while Newser was incubated within HighBeam. Developed initial prototype including the Newser Grid and the editorial management system used by a geographically dispersed editorial team.Responsible for driving overall product strategy and roadmap, directly managed product managers, UX/Designers, and front end developersWorked closely with engineering team to adopt Agile development methodology and transition from prototype to production quality site.Helped drive the product launch to over half a million visitors a month within 6 months of launch.

Initially conceptualized and led engineering team that developed one of the first software based web hosting control panels on the market: WEBppliance. Later on, was the product manager responsible for all of Ensim's Web Hosting product line. WEBppliance was deployed on thousands of servers and used by over a million domains prior to being acquired by Plesk (now Parallels).
