CurrentI've worked to understand the organizational goals and my team members' personal goals; Then align those goals to ensure the success of both. While at Ore we've been able to automate and grow the tech stack to handle new processes and revenue while simultaneously helping my employees grow and accomplish their goals internally and externally. Some accomplishments: -Directed the implementation of new softwares in the organization (ERP, MES, WMS, CPQ, CRM, Cross-platform APIs) using internal and external resources like Netsuite, RFSmart, Experlogix, Unity, Solidworks, Bysoft etc.-Hired and developed a small, highly effective team of cross-trained IT people to cover any technical issue that could arise while eliminating unnecessary spending in areas that weren't effective for the organization.-Created and managed Ore's first IT budget, including a roadmap for increased process automation and IT-focused revenue generation.-Contributed process knowledge and assistance in other areas of Ore like accounting, operations, and sales to help automate and improve business processes.*None of those things would be possible without the work of Nate, Jacen, Caleb, and Jacob.
