P&L responsibility for Granite Guard including the direct management of 30+ team comprising business operations, sales, engineering, customer service, technical support, billing and regulatory compliance functions.

Product and brand management responsibilities of a complex detection and alarm product portfolio with a global footprint. Managed Products and brands that are marketed globally which included addressable and conventional fire alarm/suppression control systems, air sampling, linear heat detection and notification appliances. System design, project management responsibilities and commissioning of industrial fire suppression and life safety applications including military bases, clean room facilities, oil and gas, power plants and telecom facilities. Performed acceptance testing with insurance companies, AHJ’s and government officials for a variety of installations. Developed and provided fire safety training programs for customers and emergency response personnel. Designed, installed, and commissioned various Special Hazards fire suppression systems including Inergen, Novec 1230, FM-200, FE-13, FE-227ea, Carbon Dioxide, Foams, Dry Chemical, High Sensitivity Smoke Detection, Addressable and Conventional Detection and Control Systems. Provided direction and guidance to electrical and mechanical sub-contractors to ensure compliance with client specifications and project timeline
