Being truly resourceful is my highest professional aim; to find elegant solutions within the constraints of available tools, available money, and available time. I have a deep love for my country and want to serve it by serving our critical infrastructure. To that end, I founded Solstrata, a smart documentation platform for aging infrastructure within the power and utility space.I did my doctoral work at UC San Diego in a field called Structural Health Monitoring on a project funded by the Office of Naval Research. My work focused on developing software algorithms that could detect, localize, and classify damage in fiberglass composite components with embedded fiber optic sensors. If you care, you can see that work here: https://bit.ly/2GezbXx. My doctoral work, above all else, taught me how to solve complex problems and take theory and apply it to real challenges.
Listed skills include Engineering, Testing, Project Management, Structural Analysis, and 10 others.
