About Mikey Posada
When I was 15 my foot was amputated. In a split second, I went from elite-level soccer player, to person with a disability.But, this early destruction of my identity and physical abilities sparked something inside me...A burning passion for mastery over my Mind & Body. My theory is that mastery and unity in these two domains can make you unf*ckwithable in any field.This has led me to study Kinesiology (the science of human movement) at the University of British Columbia, Canada; and at Loughborough University in the UK. But I am life-long student of philosophy, and constantly seeking to draw connections and understand the Mind from all disciplines.Therefore, I am obsessed with the interdisciplinary study of the Mind for Optimal Human Performance & Flow.Learning & Synthesizing.I hope my work serves you.
