Responsible for the full end-to-end mobility and collaboration capability for all of Fonterra globally. I run the service and technology strategy, technology platforms, and manage the outsourced delivery partners.In this role I have led some key transformational programmes of work, including:- The global unified communications platform design and implementation- Global implementation of Microsoft Office 365 for 19,000 people across all countries that Fonterra has a presence in.- Global mobile device management platform based on Microsoft Intune.- The planning and design for a full modern managed Windows 10 desktop fleet, using 'as a service' principles underpinned by Microsoft Intune, SCCM and Nexthink.

In this role I led the design and development of solutions for line of business services within the milk sourcing and logistics area of Fonterra. These systems were primarily custom built highly specialised platforms catering to the unique demands of the dairy industry. In this role I had the following responsibilities:- Develop enterprise grade solutions based on business requirements and IT strategy- Lead technical teams through the solution development life-cycle- Coordinate and manage third party design resources- Review all system change and business enhancements for alignment to solution road-map and technical best practice- Provide design leadership for internal and external stakeholders
