Main Objective of Role: -Execute leadership and management classes for multiple levels of the Burger King Franchise system. Complete oversight of the Northeast division encompassing +1,500 sites and +120 Franchise Organizations. Subset Objectives: - own end to end of training department for Division.(pitch,plan,execute,&follow up) - create awareness of programs R.O.I - achieve high attendance of class rooms. - ensure proper accountability tools are implemented, post class. - bolster library of content through entire suite of Microsoft office tools - review data driven results with support of tableau suite.

This position is responsible for working closely with Burger King franchise operations to develop strategies and processes that support the delivery of operational excellence to 200+ locations. This role will support the optimization of franchise business performance that drives long term growth and franchise business value. The position supports operations with relevant tools and strategies to elevate sales, profitability, standards and implementation of six sigma problem solving methodologies. This position is also responsible for ensuring franchisees operate within Burger King standards and policies and stay aligned with the company objectives.
