I help schools within my territory envision their future, architecting systemic structures to solidify their financial foundation. FACTS improves the revenue capture success of faith-based and private schools with its distinctively school-controlled platform which, when implemented as recommended, can successfully capture 99+% of tuition and fee revenue at no cost to the school and without hidden service fees! Using a consultative approach, faith-based and private school leaders can develop a strategic "blueprint" to support an institutional advancement mindset, enabling them to achieve their financial targets and advance their schools toward sustainability.

Taught undergraduate Introduction to Computer courses, and graduate courses in the Instructional Design & Technology program.

Led the 17 schools of the Catholic Diocese of Greensburg in the areas of advancement (marketing, development, asset management, enrollment and retention) expertise, and generate Diocesan financial aid funds through development activities (grantwriting, special events, major gifts and appeals). Coordinated the yearly diocesan financial aid application process for over 4,000 families at the time.

Concurrent with the position of Director of Marketing and Development, led the Scholarship Partners Foundation, raising over 3/4 of a million dollars annually for financial aid funds in the Catholic schools of the Diocese of Greensburg. Developed significant knowledge about and experience with the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Won several awards due to innovative strategies and constructs developed to grow donor base.

Produced and hosted the award-winning radio newsmagazine, Accent on the Air

Developed follow-up system for customers that was adopted and implemented by the Saturn Corporation in 1995.

Plan, excute and guide the transformation of Pittsburgh's NPR affiliate station with a patchwork of new music, jazz, classical, ethnic and specialty programming to a professionally-staffed consistent format of news and jazz. Was the most listened to public radio station in Pittsburgh until station was sold by Duquesne University in 2011. It was during this experience that I discovered the importance of retaining audience in order to grow audience, forming the basis for growing school enrollment by first emphasizing retention.
