About Mike Zywina

👋 I'm Mike and I've worked in the charity sector since 2008 as a consultant, strategist, fundraiser and trustee. In 2014 I created Lime Green Consulting to enable ambitious charities and social enterprises to be more strategic, become more sustainable and access more funding. We do this by providing a mix of strategic consultancy, facilitation, fundraising support, training and mentoring. My role involves:🗣️ Facilitating strategic planning workshops & away days for management teams & Boards🌱 Creating organisational strategies, business plans & fundraising strategies✍ Designing and writing major funding bids and cases for support🧠 Delivering training courses on fundraising and strategic planning↔️ Being the first point of contact with all the charities & social enterprises that we work with & matching them up with one of our brilliant consultants🤬Periodically ranting in defence of the charity sector in relation to things like bad grantmaking practice and statutory funding cuts - on LinkedIn and in our monthly blog
