- Supervision of charter cargo and passenger flights, executing safety inspections (randomly or with UN Safety Officer), maintaining quality control procedures, dealing with airport services, ATU unit, Civil Aviation authorities, national customs authorities, insurance companies and managing any delays or problems encountered on-site in close relation with TCU, Aviation Safety, AirOps and MoveCon staff;- Supervision of crew rotation, submission of crew details and related documentation to TCU department, arrangement of visas through national migration authorities in support with UN Travel Unit, passes etc.;- Human resources management - managing, supervising and motivating contracted staff to ensure contract compliance;- Administrative and financial duties: checking and preparing aviation safety site reports to assure operations are safe, stable and abiding the rules; audits of field base facilities.
