CurrentResponsibilities • Support and development of clients in the categories "Beauty and Health," "Training and Courses" on Avito. Sales of internal products to the existing clients. • Onboarding new clients. • Building individual marketing strategies for clients, risk assessment, and profit forecasting. • Analyzing the results of ad campaigns over short and long periods, calculating ROMI/CTR/LTV, and other analytical metrics. • Overseeing the introduction of partner products and integrations on Avito, gathering feedback for development team. • Developing target accounts to key accounts. • Market and competitor analysis within Avito and other ad platforms. Participating in the evaluation of new products, gathering feedback from clients. • Setting tasks for product teams, forming focus groups for product and marketing research. • Onboarding new team members, organising internal team knowledge sharing sessions.Achievements: • Developed a client strategy that elevated them to key account in the "Training and Courses" category within 6 months. • Elevated 6 clients to key accounts within 8 months from the start, maintaining one of the largest active client bases for 7 months. • Was a speaker at the Avito's event for clients "Business Branch Avito&SPIK" and at the webinar for makeup artists "TOP MUA CONF SPRING 2024". • Represented the "Beauty and Health" category from Avito at the 6th and 7th SPIK Congress. • Wrote two articles for Avito blog: "6 Tips to Increase Profile Effectiveness on Avito Services", "How to Successfully Sell Cosmetology Services on Avito: Experience of a Beauty Salon Chain from Moscow". • Took initiative on integrating YClients service on Avito and onboarded the first batch of clients. • Created a bonus program for existing clients, which attracted a significant amount of new investments in the first month. • Achieved the "Avito Expert" position, which is awarded only to 1% of managers.
