I am an IT Engineer, Linux expert and self-taught developer looking to upgrade my career for full-stack development.My programming experience includes writing in Python, in particular web frameworks like Flask and FastAPI for personal projects, as well as writing code for open source projects in Java. Though they aren't my favorite languages for a number of design and experience reasons, I can also write in C and C#. I am currently learning Rust!As a long time Linux power user, my Linux knowledge ranges from setting up virtual private servers for hosting personal web projects and bots, automating the boring stuff with shell scripts and Systemd units, to stress testing distros to keep up with my professional needs. Right now I am experimenting with NixOS and Nix programming language as a way to configure the system to my needs.I've come to enjoy a number of tools for my DevOps work: I use Git as my version control systemof choice and I've been using Docker with Docker-Compose, as well as systemd-nspawn, for containerization of services.In my free time I like to write modifications for videogames.I'm happy to email if you have questions about my work experience.
