Sales plan implementation for CCTV products; search and acquire new partners in Russia; develop and implementation of promotions, analysis of regional markets; technological partnership development; sales analysis and reporting; preparation and participation in the exhibitions; market analysis; competitors products’ comparison (prices, features); development of annual product promotion plan; trainings program development and implementation; organization and holding regional product seminars (Russia and CIS).

Provide value added technical and sales advice to customers; present the company in attend trade shows and exhibitions; identify and gather information about and understand customer needs for all market segments and product ranges; maintain relationships with partners and generate high demand for Bosch CCTV IP products; articles for CCTV magazines and local company website in order to promote unique solutions. Provide sales support to existing customers for most of large and complex CCTV IP projects across the Russia and CIS.

Responsible for quality and timely execution of assigned projects in accordance with BOSCH IT standards and best industry practices; work with Russia business functions; working in accordance with corporate standards, BOSCH IT strategy; search for improvements of IT by closer cooperation.
