Utilized Jira, Confluence, Figma, Telegram for team collaboration. Set up communication with stakeholders, prepared contract documentation.Have to say $1 million was in feasibility study. Actually we reached less amount. The changed operational environment brought risks that many companies had not calculated. At the end of the day we did good job, client got what needed. Gathered requirements, did market analysis. We provided our research conclusions to upper management. Some of new approaches were implemented.Also, in another project I took part in system’s demo-video production. In movie announcer says that railway company’s architecture committee picked up IT solution to enhance train maintain processes. System collects data from IoT devices located in train carriages as well as train service personnel’s input via mobile app. I designed integration between IT solution's subsystems, organized test launch in depot and on railway direction, prepared documentation for assembled system. I managed production processes in good team. We developed system that helps process applications and manage data to provide online enrollment for everyone in any schools and preschools located in 13 million+ city.We adapted system and our processes to COVID context. Did preparation for dividing Monolith into almost microservices, created “To be” documentation, got contract with city’s department of information technologies to perform works.
