Growing up I always had a vast interest in understanding social processes and the way groups and societies operate. That is not to say, that I have neglected hard sciences; however, I was simply more drawn to the field of social science. I pursued my innate interest in my academic career and indirectly applied in my first position as a Data Analyst for a nonprofit organization with a big social impact - Engineers Without Borders. I love applying my practical skills and theoretical knowledge in transforming the raw data inputs into a complex thoughtful analysis. Most of all, I deeply enjoy synthesizing this insight into productive strategies, whether pertaining to customer engagement or company's further developement. I believe success comes from diversity: diversity in team members, approaches, and responsabilities. As such, I do not limit myself to data analysis, takin on responsabilities of maintanance of the company's CRM system and records, implementation of better information organization practicies, communication with customers (in our case, donors), as well as providing administrative support for my team members. Overall, I would describe my role as a bridge between the world of hard numbers and soft interpretations, translating data into comprehensive and consise narratives for me and my team members.
