Thanks to Mikhail, EMEA region implemented Enablon system at all sites and he provided excellent support to all international users of the system. All modules and workflows of the system were in use at their best: Mikhail trained and continuously developed skills of the users in incident reporting and investigation, audits and inspections, key control verifications, environmental data reporting, actions and tasks, risk management, compliance and licenses. EMEA region was the first in Orica rolling out the Management of Change module in Enablon because Mikhail has owned and driven this project with a lot of energy. He has also adopted PowerBi to his analytical work and this has moved the region to the superior level of data management. A great success was implementation of a mobile app of Enablon that Mikhail has led. This has allowed to increase the user involvement and reporting levels of incidents and safety leadership interactions.
I know Mikhail as a very knowledgeable expert. He is able to build a data management system in any company from scratch and improve the existing process. He can design a system even in the lack of a system, e.g. he created forms and workflows in Excel for a business that didn't have access to Enablon.
