As the Tech Merchandising Program Manager for FullThrottle Technologies, I am responsible for GTM and JavaScript implementations across thousands of projects. While I do not personally oversee each project, I do manage a team of Specialists and assist with any major troubleshooting or issue escalations. I also collaborated with other employees on the implementation of random selection software for federally mandated drug testing quotas in line with Department of Transportation regulations.Key Achievements:- Engineered, wrote, voiced, tested and designed an online Reasonable Suspicion training course using open source software, which was then marketed to nearly 200 clients for broad use and sale in more than 4 states.- Learned to operate and utilized a novel random selection software to accurately select appropriate quotas of Department of Transportation regulated employees for drug testing under federal law.- Implemented an automated record keeping system to document the signings and renewals of nearly over 150 annual service agreements.

As a History Research Intern at Saint Cloud State University, I oversaw the study of and utilization of historical data in the promotion of school history and in coordination with Saint Cloud State University Professors. Over a period of one year, I assisted in the completion of 3 posters and creating two of them personally and working with a team of researchers to sift through over 150 newspaper articles and other documents to gather information on significant events at the school.
