- First point of contact for corporate SME clients- Support Booking.com BV in building and maintaining a professional network within the B2B travel space;- Monitor research and report findings on market developments in the travel industry.- Support Booking.com BV in managing all processes that lead to setting up a partnership- Partner with corporate SME clients regarding integration and technology of its travel tooling- Support Booking.com BV in monitoring the success of each account and managing client relationships by advising on Booking.com BV products and services.- Aggregating and analyzing feedback to support future product initiatives.- Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Experience, Marketing, - Product, and Analytics. Provide local perspective on preferred approach.- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiency.- Present at industry events.

- Fostering international investors (buy-side, sell-side, global banks) to the Russian market- Working with global banks on NDRs for stock exchange team, cooperating with IPO syndicate- Driving DMA implementation in global investment houses; account manager for: Goldman Sachs, UBS, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse (well-established contacts in other investment banks)- Creating sales pitches for buy-side funds, regular conference calls with PMs, traders, back-office- Evaluating and attracting new business by pitching value of stock exchange solutions to international investment funds (biggest achievement – Citadel Investment Group entering the Russian market)- Managing sales of stock exchange’s primary client solution updates: T+n, CSD - Working closely with equity, FX and derivatives market teams to understand the priorities, product roadmaps, and providing feedback and updates on progress

- Client relationship management (new and existing clients), extensive cross-selling of FX products - Supervising sales teams in emerging markets (Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Asia), building up sales department in Nigerian office- Full client analytical and technical support, delivering market analysis, assisting client portfolio building- Analyzing clients’ demands and subsequent development of new products
