Hello everyone!My name is Mikhail Lazarenko. I am a financier with twenty years of experience in banking institutions, management and investment companies. Many interesting projects and deals have been implemented with my direct participation or under my leadership. Several loan conveyors have been built in consumer and mortgage lending (business processes have been built, software has been developed, staff has been selected, points of sale have been opened, loans refinancing has been secured, funding sources have been found, etc.). Financial product sales networks have been organized - both own points (cash and operational offices) and partner points (sales networks of insurance companies, real estate and brokerage organizations). A mortgage securitization transaction was carried out in the jurisdiction of Cyprus (the transaction volume is $33.4 million). A syndicated lending transaction for the construction of a residential complex was organized (4 lenders, trustee, a payment agent were involved, the transaction volume amounted to $45 million) based on English law. Several bond issues were placed from the balance sheet of specialized financial companies (SPV) with the underlying asset in the form of loan portfolios and commission debts (total volume of transactions of $23 million). More than 40 transactions of purchase and sale of loan portfolios (secured and unsecured loans) were carried out. Currently, I am implementing a project of tokenization of real assets with a team of like-minded people. Our first project is a $25 million tokenization of rental residential real estate in the Algarve region (southern Portugal). In addition, I am engaged in real estate management, I conduct business in the field of innovative and modern building materials. My interests include complex structural financial products, building business processes, fintech projects, start-ups in the field of economics and finance.
