- Produced financial reports for licensed content to be sent to partner publishers in Korea.- Tracked monthly revenue alongside user analytics and reported these statistics to the CEO to aid in planning future courses of action.- Drafted contracts for use with partner publishers in Korea, as well as internal documents (including company’s Operating Agreement) and contracts for both US-based and international contracted translators and editors. - Ensured the company’s contractors were regularly paid on a bi-weekly basis while also managing tax related documents and working closely with our tax accountant firm. Assembled and analyzed bi-weekly expenses and developed reports to track production costs to ensure they remained viable and manageable in the long-term.- Successfully negotiated agreements between Meteor Strike Media and Korean publishers, drafting key sections of proposed contracts and taking a leading role in all facets of novel acquisition. - Instrumental in acquiring and producing the company's most successful novel, and was the catalyst for creating a successful Kickstarter campaign which raised exponentially more than the industry average for a translated volume of a popular Korean novel.- Managed contract editors and translators directly, including assigning chapters/novels to contractors, providing quality assurance for submitted work, and maintaining communication and collaboration between editors and translators. - Responsible for planning the production of art inserts for several novels, including selecting an artist, determining appropriate subject matter and location within a novel for artwork, and continually working with the artist to ensure that any necessary revisions were made to their work.
