Hello, I'm Mikhail Matiychin, a software engineer based in Kyiv. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Master's degree in System Analysis from Cherkasy State Technological University. During my career, I've worked on several projects across various industries, including FinTech, Insurance, and Information Services.My technical expertise includes Java programming language (versions 8, 11, and 17), and proficiency in frameworks such as Spring (Boot, Security, Data JPA, MVC) and Hibernate. I'm also well-versed in working with different databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OracleDB and Liquibase.In addition, I have hands-on experience working with tools such as Kafka, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube, Maven, Grafana, Kubernetes, and RabbitMQ. I used to work with microservice architecture as well as monolithic architecture , and I'm familiar with AWS.One of my primary areas of expertise is in REST architecture, which I have utilized in various projects. I have developed RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and have experience in integrating with different front-end technologies. I'm also experienced in writing unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, and test containers.I have good knowledge of Git and have worked extensively with it.
