- Reviewed customers’ designs to minimize Husky’s risks to make sure they are technically successful- Kept customer’s interests and intentions in mind while designing preforms by considering the post mold processes including blow molding, filling, capping and the end user experience; provided feedback to customer on how to improve the design- Actively contributed to continuous improvement initiatives- Received sales support award for creating a tool that saved quoting time and prevented delays due to incompatibilities resulting in a leaner and more accurate order process (Excel and VB) - Reverse-engineered plastic parts

Global Engineering Standards Team- Managed and developed a six month project that involved implementation of a global system to deal with customer’s special requirements that is being used by several departments; the end result of the project was an improvement in quality and reliability of new orders as well as a better order management tool- Maintained CAD templates and documentation for standard product configurations- Supported product designers by keeping part templates and documentation up to date to ensure production design runs smoothly (NX UG)- Designed tools for product maintenance that contributed to accessories sales- Managed and developed a global system to centralize customers’ special requirements that is being used by several departments. This six month project improved quality, reliability and efficiency of the order management process (Excel, InfoPath and SharePoint)

Engineering Team- Developed schematic diagrams for assembly purposes using SolidWorks- Designed parts using SolidWorks and tested prototypes- Assisted engineers in development and customer relations as required- Documented all developments/changes/errors in detail
