Current- Pioneered the hardware system design that integrates ethernet-based machine vision cameras for oceanographic applications.
- Developed the multi-board hardware platform that provided robust isolated I/O for trigger events, RS-232/485 communication support, power management and a suite of sensors for detecting orientation and camera heading.
- Designed a variety of high-constraint metal-core light engine PCBs optimized for thermal efficiency and mechanical load bearing properties.
- Developed a novel design concept for a high energy pulse LED driver with closed loop control capable of outputting 50,000 lumens at video frame rate speeds (30hz).
- Conducted th SPICE hardware simulations to optimize circuit performance and efficiency.
- Tackled global customer RMA’s and provided technical support to customers with detailed documentation of root cause.
