Development, coordination and submission to the approval of intra bank documentation. Updating of the existing intra bank documentation regarding functions of division. Optimization and change of functional and organizational structure of Bank. Participation in work on the analysis of functions of divisions of Bank about identification and elimination of the facts of their duplication, identification and settlement of impossibility of execution of certain functional duties (for example, not compliance to the legislation of the Russian Federation or in order to avoid the conflict of interests). Optimization of the processes connected with performance of functions of division. Participation in work on the analysis, optimization and maintaining regulatory base of Bank. Activity coordination on control of number of the employeesl. Preparation of reports concerning the number of the employees, functions, corporate ranks for Board and Group. Participation in initiatives of Functional Cost Analysis of divisions and processes. Implementation of the Business Partner function for Global Banking Services Division (Operations), Retail Division and CEO Division in view of organizational development and control of number of employees. Participation in the project on reduction of expenses of JSC Unicredit Bank.

To participate in department’s procedures, manuals and product programs development and update;- Risk assessment the products, processes and department procedures and mitigation;- Effective interaction with other external audits (CBR, etc).- Branch/ Departments Quality Assurance reviews (detailed test plans; reviews products, processes and departments for compliance to corporate and local policies and regulations and for control efficiency; risk assessment and mitigation; test results and comments preparation; development and follow up on corrective action plans (CAP); interview and discuss the issues and CAPs with reviewed departments)- Performed reviews: Branches; Regional Offices; Credit Policies, Product, Initiation reviews; Operation Departments reviews. - To keep Business Management informed on the issues; Follow up on issues. - Consultancy of the business on corporate and local policies and regulations.Awards- The Best Performance award of the quarter, 2010.
