- Audit of sourcing processes in company. Discovering opportunities for improvement and cost reduction by category- Developing and implementation of procurement policies and processes- Cost saving projects- Tenders and negotiations with suppliers/vendors in order to improve commercial terms- Trainings for sourcing and other specialists, involved in procurement process

Responsible for Sourcing&Logistic department management (16 subordinates).Direct materials purchasing - new equipment (lifts and escalators) and spare parts (guarantee and non-garantee) supply from global distribution centre and direct from plants in Europe (Germany and Finland) and from China (Kunshan/Shanghai) by sea, air, road/railway to clients sites/warehouses.- logistics planning, optimization programms, cost reduction projects- customs clearance of imported goods and materials (St.-Petersburg, Tver, Novorossiysk port, Nakhodka/Vostochny port, Smolensk customs)- two operational warehouses management (St.Petersburg and Moscow)Indirect (all categories of office and sites services and goods)- tenders, contracts, savings programms - vendors management

“Greenfield” project of construction of new Novartis pharmaceutical plant in St.-Petersburg (Novoorlovskaya Special Economy Zone). Project investments EUR 130mlnOrganizing and management tenders and contracting of:- architectual design, construction management services (general contractor), civil construction works, black and clean utilities design and construction, clean rooms and HVAC construction- various pharmaceutical process containment and non-contaiment equipment suppliers selection and contracting (granulating, coating, tabletting, encapsulating, WIP, blister packaging, material handling systems) - office&site maintenance services, logistics and customs- Sourcing strategy and policies development and implementation- Suppliers GMP pre-qualification and assesment- CAPEX purchasing efficiency management and tracking.- Implementation SRM SAP (RFQ, PR2PO) system for project.- Tendering process implementation and management via conject pm tool

"Brownfield" project.- purchasing support of plant re-construction project (CAPEX) - civil construction works, engeneering, black utilities, CIP, process equipment.- implementation of corporate rules and guidlines in purchasing- managing supply of raw materials and packaging- raw milk suppliers relationships development- suppliers quality improvement programm development and implementation- optimization of supply chain system, including payment terms to vendors, milk collection logistic schemes- managing purchasing&milk collection team of 10 people

Responsible for categories:- Market researches, media buying (TV, Internet, Outdoor, Indoor, professional and mass press)- POS materials- Traveling, events, fleet, office and IT services- Hiring, training and coaching team of 3 buyers

- Quality control of all stages of synthesis of active substances (gas-liquid and liquid chromatography, spectrophotometry- Analytical and research works in ecology.
