Salut! I'm Mikhail from Russia. I was born and raised in the Russian Far East, the city of VladivostokCurrently I'm living in Taipei and pursuing Master's degree in Linguistics at National Taiwan University. In summer 2022 I started doing internship in Taiwan Textile Research Institute.My academic interests lie in Computational Linguistics, Natural Languages Processing, Data Analysis, Psycholinguistics and Cognitive Linguistics. I'm fluent in English and Chinese and I'm working on my French and Japanese to become fluent in these languages too. Before coming to Taiwan I had experienced 5 years of studying and working in Mainland China: first studying international trade at Heilongjiang University in Harbin and then working as an export sales manager in Chaozhou Xiangfaa Kitchen Equipment. I was responsible for reaching out to retailers, wholesales and distributors of professional kitchen equipment from all over the world. My responsibility included assisting clients with all arising issues related to shipping and exporting. By the time when I quitted the job I had successfully expanded the company's client's base.
