AirSlate aims to simplify complex business processes through intuitive automation tools. I work as a QA Lead on a team that develops an online PDF editor.List of Done:- Our automation project underwent a complete overhaul. We increased our test coverage from 300 autotests to 3000- integrate new TMS(Test Management System) Allure Test Ops. As a result, QA started working closely with AQA. And we started collecting metrics about our autotests.- Started a new automation test project, for API, based on JavaScript, which was initiated from scratch.- Implemented Shif Lleft testing approach in our testing process. - Significant reduction in regression testing time to 0. All checks were automated.- Continuous improvement of autotests based on metrics has been done. Now our SR is 99%.- Mobile web automation test project was created from scratch.- Created test document template: test strategy, test plan, RTM, test cases as a code.- Grew team from 14 to 23 membersAdditionally, the following actions and initiatives were carried out:- Developing a competence matrix for employees.- Creating test strategies for testing the product on the components level.- Launching a pilot internal quality assurance podcast- A mentorship process for newcomers was implemented and integrated into the team's workflow.
