𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗬𝗦𝗟𝗙, 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽MYSLF was fully developed by ChatGPT. I also wrote an article on how designers can create apps using AI.𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲I developed the app with my colleagues. The biggest challenge was adapting large spreadsheets for a mobile screen.𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽The app was downloaded over 150,000 times.

Tutu is Russia's largest online travel service. It helps people buy tickets for trains, planes, and buses, and assists with hotel and tour bookings. Every day, more than 1 million people use it.𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗯This improved user experience, added up-selling and automation tools, reduced contact center load.𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱Apps became less dependent on app stores, updated more frequently, and adapted to users.𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗻𝗲Tutu's interfaces became more modern, consistent, and accessible.𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀We identified future directions and potential challenges.𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀As a lead, I conducted all technical interviews for hiring designers, assisted in launching regular brainstorming sessions, and established the design review process, including UI/UX testing. I was involved in developing growth plans and skill maps for designers. Additionally, I managed a junior designer, mentored two senior designers, and resolved conflicts.

I was a mentor for the “Digital Product Design” course.

Paracticum (TripleTen) is an EdTech platform for future IT professionals. I wrote about customer development interviews, analytics in design, JTBD, and CJM. Also developed practical tasks for the introductory and advanced parts of the course.

A now-closed online platform for micro-series. Sheksy provided scripts to studios, managed post-production, and hosted the series. Designed web, iOS, and Android apps. As a product manager, I built a team and launched the MVP.

𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵We launched Tours from scratch and developed it into a full-fledged online agency.𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝘂𝘁𝘂 𝗮𝗽𝗽The app is for booking all types of transport tickets and hotels. Now it's the company's main product.𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘀𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀
