Evangelized and pushed for the creation of a global team responsible for cloud infrastructure operations, automation, and security. Lead our 4 man team to implement Rancher's k8s management platform. Acquired by United Rentals on 11/01/2018 DevOps, maintenance, and development of web services, websites, and mobile apps.* Setup, coded, and deployed CI/CD via Travis-CI + Github for three web applications, greatly simplifying and reducing the risk in the deployment process.* Introduced Chef for configuration management to simplifying linux server management for cloud and internal servers.* Reduced costs on cloud services.* Reduced page load time while improving Chrome Audit Performance scores from 13 to 54%, reducing bounce rates especially on mobile 3G devices.

Update and enhance Fetch Talent's talent-driven recruiting platform. Provide development guidance, write new features, and enhance existing functionality. Code Rails and React. Created CI/CD pipeline with AWS +Github.

Define, develop, and manage technology and development resources to host and run grocery store ecommerce software for Telegraph subsidiary Carted, LLC and Telegraph Creative. Directly supervise one developer, two indirectly, and review work from off-shore development team. Training and mentoring developers. Create heterogeneous multi client hosting environment.

Develop and manage development of code grocery cart modules for Magento Commerce in PHP/MySQL. Create a large UPC database, utilizing NodeJS, Express, Mongo, Swagger for API access. Created CI/CD pipeline with AWS OpsWorks, Pipeline, CodeDeploy, and CodeCommit. Setup chef configuration management via AWS OpsWorks.Serve as CTO of the Telegraph subsidiary Carted, LLC. Development of Carted platform and hosting environment.

I built proprietary AngularJS and Yii2 tools and supported existing LAMP applications and a global server footprint. Trained as a Seismic Imager. Trained in Singapore with international team.

Managed teams of software developers and Linux system administrators to advance the BubbleUp technology platform and hosting services. Provided hosting to over four hundred individual sites averaging over one million visitors per week and several million in yearly e-commerce revenue. Managed iOS and Android development projects. Designed and managed the deployment of a new site deployment and management system on top of a new hosting cluster for easier and safer code development. Managed upgrade of the core content management system to PHP5.5 and MySQL5.6.

Provided leadership and mentoring to the expanding team of developers and system administrators. Updated the BubbleUp PHP / MySQL content management platforms and implemented new deployment procedures to allow for faster site development. Worked to integrate Magento Commerce into the company ecosystem. Developed custom projects for clients in Cold Fusion and .NET.

Designed two proprietary PHP / MySQL content management platforms for the company. Both under continued development and use. Expanded hosting platform and move it to EC2 at Amazon Web Services utilizing CentOS and Ubuntu Linux servers.

Designed and managed the development of the company's PHP / MySQL e-commerce application osCommerce. Created custom order process utilizing Flash front end and PHP and MySQL back-end. Managed deployment of first hosting platform running FreeBSD5.3.

Developed custom PHP/MySQL web applications for Zeekee clients. Creation of a Loyalty website for The Birmingham News interfacing with their subscriber data. A media buying information site for Charter Media of Alabama, and several e-commerce and camp management applications for Student Life Publishing.

Developed and updated the company website and websites for their clients utilizing HTML, CSS, and PHP.
