I have versatile experience with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders in a large international retailer company (content creation, business analysis, business process design, marketing). I was responsible for working out the structure of the web catalog (more than 50,000 SKU at the very beginning), for content creation and maintaining, for business analysis phase in application development, business process designing, implementation and support of PIM, ERP, CMS systems (both out of the box and custom from scratch), as well as I was responsible for key user and team adaptation to the new business processes, for keeping and updating of project documentation, user guides, etc. I work as a part of an agile team, delivering incremental value, designing and developing MVP solutions.Briefly about me: - I'm customer focused;- I have strong organisational skills;- I use Jira, Confluence and GitBook to build and manage product's backlog and artefacts;- I use diagrams.net, Miro and other tools to design processes and create quality blueprints;- I'm a user of MS Office, Postman, Slack, Figma, Redmine and other work tools;- I support application design creation (UI/UX);- I'm motivated to keep learning;- I feel comfortable leading user interviews, doing research sessions to gain insights;- I organise meetings with the stakeholders to understand their need and/or to explain the solutions in an clear and understandable way;- I formulate business cases, test scenarios, acceptance criteria and lead user acceptance tests;- I make proposals to support product continuous delivery;- I keep documentation up to date;- I'm not afraid to explore things by working with people in real stores to better understand the needs of business and customers from the inside.- I'm participant of Data Management and Master Data Management conferences (London, Berlin), 2018, 2019;- I'm open minded and ready for business trips
