Engr. Torres is also the Chief Operating Officer of Elisha Telecom Group Philippines and is a Director of its parent company Elisha Telecom Ltd. of the United Kingdom since 2006. Elisha Telecom is a leading provider of fully managed VoIP PBX systems and open source telephony solutions both in the UK and the Philippines. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
