Different criteria for the first markdown, second, and final prices. More than 1 million SKUs are in process monthly. KPI of the acceleration of turnover to budgeted values performed for 92% of the stock.• Open-to-buy: Improved the open-to-buy supply planning based on the stock level on packaway, buffer storage, goods in transit and processing, forecasted and budgeted data on sales, deliveries, and markdown. Provided correct entry and exit from the season, push- and pull- processes, and filling new stores.• Planning and Analytics: Annual commercial budget development in retail prices, cost prices, and units (revenue, margin, markdown, inventory, deliveries, turnover) at the level of product groups, subcategories, and categories.
