Altcode is a small startup and web studio based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. It focuses on creating alternative and effective IT solutions for otherwise already known and explored problems. - Worked as a Frontend Developer and UI/UX designer in a team with 9 developers on 3 different projects (Hotel Booking Website, Ridesharing App, Crypto Trading Platform).- Developed Design for all three projects, from UX research to LoFi to HiFi Assets. - Implemented various parts of the designs in code and participated in each step of the product development process from ideation to commercialization.- Used a variety of popular JavaScript tools and frameworks, such as React, Redux, Context, Typescript and basic Node.js.- Worked in an agile environment with daily stand-ups, kept track of user stories/bugs, conducted sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.

Makers is a Kyrgyzstan-based Bootcamp that follows the original US IT Bootcamp formula. For 4 years it has allowed more than 1000 students to start their careers in IT. - I first successfully graduated from Bootcamp myself, studying JS/React Front-end Web Development.- As one of the best students was invited as an intern and later became a JS and React Mentor. - Mentored 70 students total out of which 40 % have found outsourced IT jobs in various companies across the world (mostly remote). - Occasionally mentored students on the basics of UI/UX design. - Helped develop and implement a new curriculum for students that reduced student drop-off rate by 30 %.
