Managing the new Direct Imaging platform along the complete life cycle, from development stage through alpha/beta phase implementations till official release to become the leading company product supporting main division business strategy

Manage the Field Application team in the R&D center to support R&D activities across the product lifecycle:• Define application specifications and system requirements for R&D• Manage customer needs from the system and defining priorities• Support technical experts abroad for application challenges• Develop applicative tests on systems in various working conditions• Work with R&D in various disciplines, including SW, algorithm, electronics, mechanics & physics• Develop QA methodologies for software and product features evaluation• Manage the product “software release process” & QA process, and system beta processes at customer site

Focus on DI products positioning in the market with strong technical orientation:• Obtain the ‘behind the spec’ information on products competition• interface to the field (AMs, Marketing) and lead the sales and head-to-head evaluation priorities and strategy• Close customer touch-frequent field visits to understand market trends and feature requirements• Address feature requests from the field and define priorities based on the business potential• Support DI- value proposition definition and its reflection in collateral and communications

Relocated to one of Orbotech’s ASIA headquarters to be responsible for the Introduction, launch & support of new products in Pacific market:• Focused on the first product life cycle and driven by the customer experience• Develop and implement high-impact product launch plans• Direct Imaging Strategic Customers Management – manage customers’ experience technical aspects • Maintain and expand professional relationships including support, service and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, including future roadmap development • Interface to R&D – act as R&D and Product Management arm, conducting beta sites, field tests and evaluations

• Product specialist support - provide technical support for the field engineers for bug resolution, installations and technical issues – for HW/SW/Application. • Responsible for managing and executing projects for reliability improvements and customer satisfaction• DI major customer technical management – supporting entire US product main challenges • Conduct and initiating DI seminars and knowledge sharing session for CSE’s and customers in the US• Sales & marketing support for business opportunities
