• Responsible for create and design key visuals and adaptations (EDM, lanyard, e-booklet, shirt, DOH, etc.) for various projects• Work closely with operation teams and team members to ensure that designs are executed accurately and efficiently• Research, create mood boards and present new ideas for internal marketing creative projects• Provide support to other members of the creative team to achieve desired results

• Create a variety of design work such as social media posts, advertisements, animations, etc. for clients• Resize and rearrange established designs while maintaining overall consistency within established guidelines• Provide guidance and mentorship to interns, assign tasks, and review performance
