• Compile VAT Reimbursement request with all the relevant files and information, and then periodically submit to ERCA. Act as the designated VAT Voucher Examiner. Completed the compilation and submission of a backlog of 12 months unrequested VAT within 5 weeks.• Process shipping documents; check the bills against purchase orders, airways bills, bills of lading and goods receiving reports. Resolve billing issues with vendors through correspondence of errors and provide directions for correcting billing errors.• Process payment for local and international vendor invoices.• Act as the designated billing office invoice collection POC and input the relevant information for each invoice on the DBO Intake Page.
