Solution-oriented learning designer and technologist with more than a decade of experience in higher education, specialising in training, research, and assisting educators in integrating various educational technologies (EdTech) into multiple disciplinary and transdisciplinary courses.Throughout my experience at four universities in Hong Kong, I have taught more than 20 undergraduate and postgraduate courses utilising blended and collaborative learning methods. Additionally, I have contributed significantly to over 10 research teams focused on EdTech development, multimedia instructional design, and learner experience in digital education. My work has led to impactful academic publications, presentations, and professional development training sessions.I possess a background in interaction and experience design, multimedia technology, and cultural anthropology. This diverse expertise has sharpened my ability to comprehend the learner and customer journey, identify their pain points, and develop practical solutions to meet their needs and resolve their challenges.In 2024, I moved to Edinburgh, The United Kingdom, to pursue a career in learning design.
