I began my career with 7 years in the Estonian Defence Forces, where I developed strong discipline, attention to detail, and leadership skills. Transitioning to the corporate world, I spent 1.5 years at a Big Four firm in audit, gaining invaluable experience in financial analysis and compliance.Currently, I work at Avaron Asset Management, where I focus on back-office operations, including trade processing, fund accounting, and regulatory compliance. Alongside my professional work, I am pursuing a Master’s in Finance to deepen my understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.Outside of work, I am passionate about music and enjoy playing the trumpet, particularly in different bändis, where I thrive in high-energy, collaborative environments.I am always looking to connect with professionals in finance, asset management, and those who share my interest in music and performance.
