I am driven by curiousity to understand how a crazy-sounding mission can be executed. This is what sparks my attention to the fullest and brings me to share my concurrent experience in managing very complex processes and projects.Currently I am Head of Developent at the Green Tiger Foundation in Estonia. Imagine this as the classic David and Goliath moment, where a bold and small Foundation is figuring out how to change the course of the society. The difference is, though, that the adversary is the metacrisis, and we prefer to partner with the public sector as well as pioneers from the private sector.Empathetic and humble, I push the private sector and public sector towards proactive conversation to induce change that matters. Having been chosen by the World Economic Forum as one of the world’s 50 most influential people revolutionising government, I am aware of the potential. Changes I’ve initiated are:• Startup Nations Summit (2017)o brought together representatives of startup companies and policymakers from 60+ countries to deepen collaboration between governments and companies during the Estonian EU presidencyo hosted the Policy Hack, joining nine teams from eight governments around the world • Accelerate Estonia (2019)o Created a national innovation lab for Estonian ministries, the public and the private sector, experts and entrepreneurs to build the future for Estonia and the world• Hack-the-Crisis (2020)o reached 50+ different countries and media outlets that you all know: CNN, NY Times, Forbes, etc.o influenced research projects in Finland, Austria, Denmark, the USA, and Canada
