Successfully opened the first California flagship location for Todd Reed Jewelry.-Worked on behalf of TRW with the Colorado based contractors, Tres Birds, to oversee the completion of construction and all installations in a timely manner.-Interior design (soft goods) of building: chosen, ordered and installed within 4 weeks using local vendors through personal connections.-Operations management including physical set up of office and procured vendors for building maintenance. Worked in conjunction with Colorado office for HR /Payroll implementation, staffing and overall brand continuity -Created strategic relationships with local philanthropies and TRW through personal connections. The Art of Elysium, Girl Rising, The Painted Turtle-Procured Red Carpet visibility through personal connections: Golden Globes, Critics Choice Awards, NYFCC, BAFTA’s, Independent Spirit Awards, SAG and OSCARS -Hosted events designed specifically to introduce and build TR brand awareness in Los Angeles.-Hired photographer through my personal relationship: photographed the building and staff for the new location.
