Improved internal logistics and work flows based on Lean ideas at the Czech production plant in Karviná. Created a plan to maximize the through-put using flexible flows and flexible manning. Constructed a full expansion plan in three phases, for the coming five years. Except for safety regulations for a future sterilization unit, the flow, internal logistics and the complete manufacturing system were considered.
