I am specialized in analyzing business opportunities in international markets and develop and implement strategies relevant for the Spanish-speaking part of the world. In Mexico I supported Danish companies in the country and companies looking to invest or export. My position was cross functional and some of my measurable results were (1) facilitating access to key public officials for Danish companies and (2) reporting/analyzing market developments for clients considering to enter Mexico.I wrote my master's thesis on the impact of the current global business environment. The paper was called 'The US-China Trade War: Understanding Strategic Responses of Danish MNCs in light of De-Globalisation' and investigated how global Danish companies have been impacted by the trade war and COVID-19. Based on conducted interviews and sourcing data, I developed eight strategic recommendations for how companies can adjust to the current global business environment and maintain and create competitive advantages.
