Responsibilities and focus areas:• Financial modeling in complex cases within valuation and corporate finance to ensure accurate taxation basis.• Conducting valuations for Danish unlisted companies. Primarily by using DCF and multiples. • Performs market and financial analyses of companies and industries to support decision-making.• Peer group and benchmark analysis• Prices intangible assets, particularly in connection with transfer of IP.• Credit rating of companies and pricing their financial transactions and treasury functions.
